Our Physical Therapy Team

Beyond the degree and licensing required by law, we certify our physical therapist to meet the highest standards in the industry. Only then can they provide you with service. A core requirement for all our therapists is a loving, caring and helpful personality.

Binaifer Bugli  PT, CST-D

Binaifer earned her degree in Physiotherapy in 1990 from the Bombay University, India. She is a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan & has worked in acute care, rehab & outpatient multidisciplinary clinics at St John Providence (Ascension) Health system, in Southfield & Novi, MI. She is the Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center @ Michigan Ear Institute in Farmington Hills, MI.

Binaifer is certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation (1998), is a CranioSacral Therapy practitioner since 1996 and currently holds a Diplomate (advanced) level certification in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) from the Upledger Institute. She is a certified instructor with the Upledger Institute & teaches CST for Pediatrics, CST-1 and introductory level classes in CST internationally. She is also a Clinical Instructor & mentors students enrolled in PT and PTA programs; conducts lectures / presentations for the community and other professionals in Falls Prevention, Vestibular Rehabilitation and CST. She also supports & educates new parents in "Tummy Time" and its benefits. She routinely attends training programs & workshops to further her own education and training.

Binaifer brings over 25 years of experience in working with a mixed population of clients (newborns to geriatrics) presenting a variety of developmental, vestibular, orthopedic and neurological complaints; helping them overcome pain / limitations in their body, so patients can achieve their full functional potential.

In addition to Vestibular Rehabilitation & CranioSacral Therapy her treatment approaches incorporate various forms of Manual Therapy techniques, integrating a variety of traditional medical/rehabilitative practices with complementary techniques. She puts a strong emphasis on patient (and /or parent) education, and the development of individually designed treatment programs.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Michigan Physical Therapy Association, International Alliance of Healthcare Educators, & the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners.

On a personal note, Binaifer enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 wonderful children & is blessed with a caring family and close friends who are like family to her.

Aaren Gizowski, PT, DPT

Biography:

I completed my Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science at Samford University in 2011. I am a licensed physical therapist in the state of Michigan. I previously worked in outpatient orthopedics with emphasis in vestibular rehab since graduating with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Missouri State University. I currenlty work at the Fyzical Dizziness & Fall Prevention Center @ Michigan Ear Institute in Farmington Hills, MI.

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, snowboarding/skiing and biking.

Stella O’Mahony  PT Tech

I am from Buckinghamshire U.K. where I qualified as a Nurse in 1986 at High Wycombe General Hospital with the Royal College of Nursing.
I moved to the US in 1989 with my husband for his Engineering job.
I worked for Ascension Health from 2001 - 2012 in Southfield and Novi Hospitals as a PT Tech.
Outside of work I enjoy gardening, crafts and walking the beautiful Michigan State parks and trails. I also volunteer in my spare time.
